Story Visits

A reliable way for agencies to gather strong, usable story assets for campaigns, websites, email, social, and reporting.

POSITIONING

Story Visits are designed to reduce production lift.

The process is already built: pre-production, interview structure, shot planning, on-site direction, and asset delivery.

Your team stays focused. The field work is handled.

HOW IT WORKS

Planned in advance. Executed on site. Delivered ready to use.

Pre-Visit Coordination

A pre-production call is scheduled.

Interview space, access, schedule, subjects, and special requests are confirmed in advance.

On-Site Production

Video interviews are conducted based on an approve questionnaire and b-roll is captured as needed.

Photography is gathered throughout the environment with campaign use in mind.

Asset Delivery

Assets are processed and organized.

Photography is edited. Video footage is color graded, organized, and delivered in 4K 16:9 with pro sound.

Up to 6 structured interviews, pro sound, color graded footage in 16:9, and supporting b-roll.

Photography & Video

OPTIONAL ADD-ON

Video editing available as a separate service

Video interviews are delivered as finished footage assets, not fully edited films.

This gives agencies flexibility to structure and edit content internally based on campaign needs.

Full edited videos with b-roll, music, and structure can be added separately.

TYPICAL 2-DAY VISIT

What a full story visit can produce

Day 1

3–4 interviews

Environmental portraits

Supporting imagery throughout the organization

Day 2

2–3 additional interviews

Additional photo coverage

Requested assets such as board portraits, spaces, or location-specific details

A typical full visit can yield 5–7 interviews, 200–300+ edited images, and a full set of organized footage assets for future campaign use.

ONGOING ENGAGEMENTS

Available for repeat scheduling

Story Visits can be scheduled quarterly, bi-yearly, yearly, or as needed.

Retainers are available for agencies that want a consistent approach to gathering assets across multiple clients over time.

When possible, visits can be scheduled geographically to reduce travel and improve efficiency.
